Tech Exits in Jax: Founder Stories and Company Transactions

Key Highlights

We are excited to kick off our 2024 sessions showcasing several founders of tech companies that have succeeded in some form of exit or sale of their companies. These successful entrepreneurs will share their stories, experiences, and lessons learned from building their companies to the point of a sale or transaction. Aspiring entrepreneurs can hear real world outcomes of various types and learn about the various ways to reach success with your own business.

Curious to learn what selling your software company feels like? Wondering about the nuances of a minority or majority recapitalization or private equity investment in your company? Do you know what the Search Fund is and how you can possibly leverage its structure? Come learn about all of this and more from first hand experiences.

We are in a new location for this event, The Link (https://www.thelink.zone/). As an innovation and activity hub in Jacksonville, it is a perfect venue to gather and hear from this lineup of entrepreneurs as well as engage with the Jax Tech community. As always, we will begin with a networking happy hour and finish with live music, food, and drink.
