Position Overview:

We’re looking for a smart, high-energy Inside Sales Representative to fuel our growth engine in the US market. You’ll play a key role in prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing leads in collaboration with our marketing and sales teams. If you have a strong curiosity for cloud technologies—especially AWS—and a knack for articulating value, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to identify and qualify sales opportunities. 
  • Engage with inbound leads from marketing campaigns and convert them into early-stage pipeline. 
  • Research accounts, identify key stakeholders, and build a strong database of prospects using CRM tools. 
  • Develop a strong understanding of SourceFuse’s differentiated offerings and value proposition. 
  • Schedule meetings for sales executives and participate in hand-off conversations as needed. 
  • Collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing teams to iterate messaging and GTM strategy.

Skills & Experience:

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (internships included). 
  • Strong understanding or interest in cloud computing, especially AWS ecosystem. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—written and verbal. 
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and a collaborative spirit. 
  • Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot is a plus. 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required if cloud-certified or demonstrably skilled.

Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and professional Sales Executive to be a part of our sales team. The ideal candidate will have proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably with another AWS consulting partner, Understanding of AWS services, best practices, and partner programs. Having a network with the AWS seller team is a significant advantage. They will be able to help develop and execute sales strategies, create and deliver sales presentations, and provide support to customers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales and promote market growth within assigned territory.
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Move beyond BANT to uncover unique business opportunities with prospects and determine which SourceFuse offerings address their needs.
  • AWS Program Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of AWS programs, incentives, and partner benefits to optimize sales strategies and maximize revenue.
  • Maintain a profile database of all potential customers (CRM).
  • Manage relationships with customers by initiating, planning, and executing activities.
  • Conduct sales presentations to company decision-makers.
  • Partner with customers to secure accounts, develop opportunities, and close sales.
  • Plan and forecast sales activities.
  • Establish, build, and maintain relationships with AWS and other market partners.
  • Maintain communication and reporting cadence with key stakeholders at AWS.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales team, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure our solutions meet technical and business requirements while fostering long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Architecture:

  • Work with customers to understand their technical requirements, challenges, and business goals.
  • Design and propose tailored solutions that leverage company products, services, and industry best practices.
  • Create high-level and detailed architecture diagrams, technical proposals, and documentation.
  • Conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs) and product demonstrations to showcase capabilities and address customer-specific needs.
