It simply means that we have demonstrated success in helping our customers to evaluate and use AWS services productively. Especially, at varying levels of complexity, and at scale by completing the requirements mentioned in the Consulting Partner Validation Checklist.
Amazon states that to receive the designation, its AWS Partner Network (APN) partners “must possess deep AWS expertise and deliver solutions seamlessly on AWS”. Additionally, they should also demonstrate “technical proficiency and proven customer success in delivering Amazon EC2 for Windows Server.”

The AWS Service Delivery Validation Checklist is intended to prepare APN Partners who are interested in applying for AWS Service Delivery. This checklist provides the criteria necessary to achieve the designation(s) under the AWS Service Delivery Program. The AWS Service Delivery Program is guided by AWS best practices and Well-Architected Framework.
