SourceFuse Strengthens Japan Leadership with Appointment of Kimmochi Eguchi as Country Manager

SourceFuse, an AWS Premier Tier Services Partner specializing in cloud-native engineering and AI-led solutions, has appointed Kimmochi Eguchi as Country Manager, SourceFuse Japan. Kimmochi has spent his career between Japanese enterprises and global technology teams. His job has been turning transformation plans into programs that actually ship.

In this role, Kimmochi will lead SourceFuse’s business in Japan. He will own client relationships, regional growth, and AWS partnership engagement in Japan. He will also act as the bridge between Japanese customers and SourceFuse’s global engineering teams.

Kimmochi joins SourceFuse from Nagarro Japan. He has also worked at Capgemini and FirstQA Systems, leading enterprise technology and digital transformation programs.

Before moving into IT, Kimmochi built hands-on experience across a wide range of industries and roles, including retail and distribution, logistics, consulting, and manufacturing. Since then, he has led the implementation of IT tools and systems for clients across many industries. His strength lies in understanding both business operations on the ground and the technology that supports them. He holds an MSc in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Cranfield University (UK) and continues his research on talent development in the logistics industry, presenting his findings at academic conferences and seminars.

The appointment is part of a broader push to strengthen SourceFuse’s leadership as the company scales globally. It follows the recent appointment of Gregg Kitaeff as Senior Vice President of Sales in the US and adds senior leadership in Japan. With Kimmochi leading the market, SourceFuse is set to build a stronger local presence, deepen enterprise relationships, and grow its business in the region as more Japanese organizations modernize on AWS and adopt AI.
