Co-founder and CEO of SourceFuse USA, and a life-long entrepreneur and technologist. He enjoys working with startups and enterprises to identify challenging problems and opportunities that can be solved with software and innovation. Passionate about product building and disrupting industries, and hopes to one day improve the non-profit sector with better use of technology. Outside the office, Kelly is an avid surfer, golfer, snowboarder, and global traveller.

Our CFO and one of the first employees of SourceFuse. Prefers to talk to excel sheets rather than people. Substitutes food with coffee, talks about music all day – whether you want to listen or not. When not working is either diving, reading, biking, “fixing” un-broken things, chasing creepy crawlies across the globe or just organizing playlists in Spotify.

Ravdeep is a seasoned professional with 19 years of extensive experience in building HR strategy, People Management, HR Administration, and Organizational Development. Confident, poised and a true leader can be used to describe him. He envisions the HR function as one of the key strategic functions in any organization. Prior to joining SourceFuse, he has served in many industries like Telecom, Fintech, ITES, and Consulting with rich global experience working in Europe & India.
He is a car aficionado and an avid musician.

Ashish has been with us for 14 years now, working diligently for SourceFuse. He has achieved several AWS Certifications during this time, including the AWS Solution Architect Professional Certification and has worked on multiple projects making them big successes. Ashish was recently handpicked as an AWS APN Ambassador and was invited to join the APN Ambassador Global Summit in Seattle.

With more than 21 years of experience working with enterprise businesses, ERP & SAAS applications, Cloud Infra & start-ups, he has a far-reaching understanding of nurturing and managing large AWS migrations. His motivation is “THINK BIG because everything is possible!”

Healthcare and Life Sciences SMExpert with 15 years of deep domain knowledge and experience in healthcare IT, clinical systems & processes, and regulatory compliances. He believes that “technology can help us lead healthier lives in healthier communities” and is passionate about cutting-edge technologies and their application in modern medicine and clinical trials.

Manpreet masters an interdisciplinary skillset and has a holistic, process-oriented approach to all aspects of designing a digital experience. He and his team are engaged in creating next-gen products for SF and its clients, as well as working on SF’s brand refresh.
In his spare time, Manpreet likes to travel and is an avid photographer.

At the same time, tracking all the metrics and always ensuring positive growth for the business being executed. He is a big-time food enthusiast and enjoys sharing luncheons with the whole team. In his free time, he also loves to partake in various sporting activities.

He specializes in Rapid Application Development (RAD) for the Enterprise, with a focus on product delivery within compressed time lines. As a polyglot engineer and architect, he crafts solutions in multiple technology stacks and has architected, built, and deployed enterprise solutions to AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. James lives in Dallas, TX with his wife and spends his free time enjoying fine bourbon, playing guitar, and lifting weights, although usually not in that order.
