I am very happy with the site. We have received many compliments on the look of the site. Mark Brecheisen and KM Ram did exactly what they told me they were going to. I will miss our weekly meetings. I learned a lot and feel they held up their end of the bargain!
The CMS flexibility, the control of the flash element on our front page, and the service made it totally worth every penny that we spent. Three best things about doing business with them are Quality of Product, CMS software and their employees!!
And as far as scope of improvement is concerned I can’t think of anything—I am a very happy customer!

I just wanted to say that for a techie, your PM is a great trainer! Having been involved in end-user training at another company - in another life; finding a technical person who can communicate is a real asset. I have seen training bomb when the trainer can’t connect with their audience. And any guy who is willing to do training at 3AM, (his time last Friday), deserves an ‘Atta boy’ in my books!!
