Required Experience: 2.5-3.5 yrs
Position- 1
Responsibilities
- Understand specifications and prepare test plan/strategy.
- Should Own accountability of quality and timeliness of project delivery
- Work closely with development staff to coordinate testing.
- Write and execute test cases.
- Create test reports.
- Test web-based application and database queries.
- Bug Reporting
- Co-ordinate with external QA vendors
Education
- Graduate in Computers
- Certified Software Quality Engineer preferred
Skills & Abilities
- Clear understanding of Software and Testing life cycle.
- Core experience on manual testing. Experience on automation testing will be an advantage.
- Experience in Linux/Unix.
- Experience in database testing.
3. Account Manager
Required Experience: 3-5 yrs
Responsibilities
- Understanding the requirements for building custom applications. Managing client communication and relationship.
- Complete management of all development and Maintenance tasks for clients.
- Ability to manage the team with respect to assigning the task to the team members, explaining the required, executing the project and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Customizations to existing open source or custom built applications.
Education
Skills & Abilities
- Candidate should have management experience in development of PHP/MySQL applications.
- Open Source Software- Sugar CRM, Joomla, CRE , OSCommerce
- Familiarity with web technology trends and the evolution of the Internet
- Ability to drive the project with the team.
- Detail oriented and ability to organize.
- Problem-solving, innovation skills are a must.
- Delivery oriented and able to work under strict deadlines.
