Management Team
Kelly Dyer
Kelly Dyer is the co-founder and CEO of SourceFuse, LLC American operations. With an extensive background in technology solutions and operational experience, he serves as the point of contact for valued clients in the U.S.
Prior to starting SourceFuse, Kelly helped build the technology and solutions for Infopia, Inc, first as the initial software engineer, and then as technology team lead and systems architect. After leaving Infopia, he founded and operated Inventory Source, a provider of services and solutions for ecommerce merchants.
Prior to Infopia, Kelly was a consultant for Accenture and served as the technology team lead on numerous client engagements.
Kelly holds an M.B.A from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University, and a B.S. in Computer Science and Economics from Washington & Lee University.
Gautam Ghai
Gautam is the co-founder and CEO of SourceFuse Technologies in India. He handles service delivery for the company and is also involved in a variety of SourceFuse development and consulting projects for a varied client base.
Prior to this, he was a consultant with E&Y India and was part of their Risk and Business Solutions practice. He has worked on a range of assignments, with expertise in analysis of risk mapping, information security audits and process documentation/ control testing for SAS 70 requirements.
Prior to joining Ernst & Young, he was working with Europe’s largest online travel company Ebookers PLC. Gautam acquired rich hands on experience in Process Development and transitions of Web Development within production processes. He was also responsible for Quality and SLA based deliverables for the IT services team at Ebookers in India.
Gautam has also worked with the UN Security Council in Geneva and Quark Inc.
Gautam holds an undergraduate degree in Information Technology (B.I.T.) from the University of Delhi.
K M Ram Mohan
KM is the chief Operating Officer of SourceFuse Technologies in India. He is the Delivery Head and also manages the Project Management Office.
He has extensive knowledge and domain expertise in Travel, Telecommunication & Finance.
Prior to Sourcefuse, he was employed with Final Quadrant as a Senior Project Manager.
KM also is a Certified Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institue, USA. He also has multiple certifications in Microsoft technologies and is a Open Source Expert.
He holds a Masters in Computer Applications from University of Poona. He is a travel freak and does not miss out any opportunity to take a break and head to the mountains. He also contributes to the Open Source fraternity in the form of articles, blogs, module builds and is invited to or participates Beta Release Programmes of major Open Source Products
